A few ground rules.
Cumby is a private test for adults, built around respect and shared interests.
Who can join
You must be at least 18, have a personal invitation and provide accurate account information. This beta uses a date-of-birth declaration and an age confirmation; it does not independently verify identity or age. Keep your password and invitation links private. One account per person.
How to take part
Use Cumby lawfully and follow the community guidelines. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate, scam, upload illegal or explicit material, share other people’s private information, or attempt to bypass security. Only upload photos you have the right to use. No minors in photos.
Your content
You retain ownership of your content. By posting it, you allow Cumby to store, process and display it for the community features you choose to use and for moderation. You can edit your profile, remove photos or delete your account. Reports and backups have the limits explained in the privacy notice.
Moderation and account access
Administrators may reject photos, review reports, restrict access or suspend accounts to keep the test manageable and respond to concerns. Contact the administrator who invited you if you believe a decision is mistaken. Reporting does not automatically suspend another member.
A test, with limits
This version is invitation-only. Free membership is available. One-off Premium membership can be purchased by bank transfer when enabled, subject to the purchase terms. Administrators may grant temporary complimentary tier access for testing. It may change, have bugs or be temporarily unavailable. Payment instructions are issued only when real bank and seller details have been configured. Access starts after receipt is approved. There is no automatic renewal; registering interest creates no payment obligation. Member compatibility, identity, age declarations, or safety cannot be guaranteed. You remain responsible for your own choices and meetings. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Leaving
You can hide your profile or delete your account from Account. For questions during the test, contact the administrator who invited you. Please use the reporting flow for a member-specific safety concern.
