Premium purchase terms.
What you buy
Premium provides the features and allowances shown on the membership page at purchase. The selected period and total GBP price are confirmed before you receive payment instructions. There is no automatic renewal or standing order requirement. No payment surcharge is added.
Payment and activation
Use the exact amount and unique reference on your payment request. We verify receipt in our bank account before activating access, normally within two working days. Access begins on approval; if you already have Premium, the purchased period extends your existing expiry. Periods use calendar months, with the last valid day used for shorter months. You return to Free at expiry unless further access has been granted.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel an unpaid request from its instructions page. If you have transferred money, contact support instead. You request immediate access after payment approval but may still request a full refund within 14 days of activation, even if you use Premium. This policy is additional to your statutory rights. Contact support@cumby.co.uk with the reference; we will respond within two working days and make an agreed refund within 14 days, normally to the originating bank account. Refunds are made manually through our bank. A fully refunded payment no longer grants Premium; other paid periods retain their original expiry dates. We will resolve duplicate, unmatched and late payments with you. Contact us before paying against a cancelled request.
Information and privacy
Both banks handle the transfer and may disclose account-holder names and payment information. Use the issued reference rather than a profile name or personal details. We store the amount, period, reference, instructions, approval and refund history. Access is restricted to you and administrators. Financial records are retained for six years after the later of payment, refund or membership expiry; after account deletion the site account link is removed. Our bank retains its own records under its policies.
