Joining the beta

Cumby is currently invitation-only. You need a personal link from an administrator to create an account. Use the invitation request form to ask to join. Administrators review each request; submitting one does not create an account or guarantee an invitation. Please do not include intimate photos or sensitive profile details in an initial enquiry.

Account and membership help

Tell us enough to identify the issue. For a bank payment question, include the payment reference. Never send your password, a full bank statement or somebody else’s private photos.

Report a member-specific concern

If you can sign in, use the report option on the relevant profile or photo. You can also block the person to stop further contact. If you cannot access your account, email support with a short description of the issue.

Privacy enquiries

Account settings include data download and deletion controls. The privacy notice explains what is stored and the limits of deletion. Email support if you need help with a privacy request.

Support is handled by a small team and is not an emergency service. Read the community guidelines and beta terms for more about the current service.
